[0:00] Good morning everyone. A warm welcome to the service this morning, those who are in the building and those who are online as well.! Sorry we're a few minutes late. It's a family service this morning and the logistics are slightly more complicated and challenging to get everybody through the door at 11 o'clock sharp. [0:20] So we're a few minutes over. Sorry about that. Visitors, I see a few visitors amongst us and it's especially good to see you at the end of the service. There's tea and there's coffee. If you're able to stay behind, please do so. [0:34] And I see some people here for the first time as well. I see little Clara who is here. So it's great to see another young one coming through into church and we have been praying for her and we continue to pray for her and for all the little ones. [0:53] I am going to take time to go through all the notices this morning. They've been on the screen and you have them on the email. But I will just say thank you to all those who helped last night at the meal. We had a meal last night just to commemorate Scott and Fiona's time with us coming towards an end. [1:14] Not quite at an end yet, but we wanted to have a congregational meal to spend a wee bit of time with them. So we had a good number last night and it was a very enjoyable evening. So thank you for all who helped with that and all who came out to that. [1:28] We'll begin this time of worship and we'll sing to God's praise. We'll sing the words on the screen. Mission Praise 51. Be thou my vision, O Lord of my heart. [1:41] And we'll stand to sing in just a moment. Be thou my vision, O Lord of my heart. [1:59] Be thou my vision, O Lord of my heart. Not be all else to be saved that thou art. [2:15] Thou my best God, my day or my night. Waking or sleeping, thy presence my light. [2:32] Be thou my wisdom, thou my true word. I ever with thee, thou with me, Lord. [2:49] Thou my great Father, I thy true Son. Thou in me dwelling, and I with thee one. [3:05] Be thou my God. Be thou my bottle shield, sword for the fight. Be thou my dignity, thou my delight. [3:21] Thou my soul, shelter, thou my high tower. Praise thou be heavenward, O power of my power. [3:38] Richness I need not, nor man's empty grace. Thou my inheritance, thou and always. [3:53] Thou art the holy Christ in my heart. I king of heaven, my treasure the heart. [4:09] I king of heaven, after victory won. May I reach heaven's joy, O bright and sun. [4:25] Heart of my own heart, whatever befall. Still be my vision, O ruler of all. [4:45] Lord, let's close our eyes. And let's speak to God as we pray. Our Heavenly Father, we thank you for this, your day. [5:07] And we thank you that we have been called, that we have been called to come and worship of the one true God. [5:19] And we thank you that as we come in the name of Jesus, your Son, we have the promise that we will not be pushed away, but that you will receive us, Father, and that you will meet with us. [5:33] We thank you that when we meet together, even just a few of us, in the name of Jesus, we have the promise that you are with us. And we thank you that you are the God who meets with us, not to condemn us, but to bless us, as we trust in Christ. [5:52] And we pray that we would, this morning, be trusting in Jesus, from the youngest to the oldest. We pray that our vision would be on him. [6:06] We admit, Lord, that we can be so easily distracted. Sometimes so much is going on in our lives that we are looking in all different directions and we forget to look to Jesus. [6:21] Sometimes we can be so focused on ourselves that we forget to look to Jesus. But we ask that this morning, for this hour, and not just for this hour, but for every hour you give us, we pray that we would make you, Lord Jesus, our vision. [6:40] You are the one who loves us. You are the one who came to this world to be our savior. And we thank you that you lived for us a perfect life without sin. [6:53] We thank you that you died for us on the cross to take our sin away. And we thank you, Lord Jesus, that you rose from the dead and promise everlasting life to all who believe. [7:06] We thank you that that gives us great hope, even this week, as a community we met again to remember and to mourn for someone else who has passed from this world. [7:21] And we pray for families whose hearts are sore. But we thank you that when we are trusting in Jesus, where our mourning is not without hope, we thank you that we have hope for everlasting life. [7:36] So we pray that you would give us faith this morning, that we would believe that we would fix our eyes on Christ. We pray for all the boys and girls. [7:47] We thank you that they'll be with us all through the service here today. Help them help us, we pray, to listen to what you have to say to us. And open our hearts and soften our hearts if they've become hard. [8:00] That we might receive Jesus and receive the grace that Jesus wants to give to us. We pray for the visitors with us today. We thank you for them and ask, Lord, that they would have a time of refreshment in Harris. [8:14] We pray for the congregations that they've come from. And we pray for those who watch online, especially those at home who are feeling sick, who are feeling weak. [8:26] We ask, Lord, that as they listen and as they watch, that they would know that they are remembered. And that they would know God, the Holy Spirit, near to them where they are. [8:38] So hear our prayers. Take away our sin, we ask. And help us as we look to you. And we pray these things in Jesus' name. And for Jesus' sake. Amen. [8:49] Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. [9:00] Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. [9:11] to come up. Fraser is one of the older ones in our Sunday school. And Fraser is going to read from Philippians chapter 1, verses 1 to verse 6. [9:26] So, up you come, Fraser. Paul and Timothy, servants of Christ Jesus, and to all the saints in Christ Jesus, and who are at Philippi, and with the overseers and deacons, for the grace to you, peaceful God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ. [9:50] I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine for you, all making my prayer with joy, and because of your partnership in the gospel from, and from the first day until now, and I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring to completion of the day of Jesus Christ. [10:18] Thank you very much, Fraser. I think you could do this job well. Thank you. You can have a seat now. So, boys and girls, it's good to have you with us this morning for the whole service. [10:35] And where are they all? They're all over here. So, not all over here. They're scattered about. So, I'll just try and speak around the whole place. Can I ask the boys and girls, put your hand up if anybody is watching the World Cup. [10:49] Who's watching the World Cup? A few people, anyone over there watching the World Cup? Do we have any favourite teams? [11:00] Who's your favourite team in the World Cup? Benjamin, who's your favourite team? Scotland. Scotland. Do you think we're going to win it? Nodding your head? [11:14] A man of great faith there. Any other favourite teams? No. Everybody's supporting Scotland, are they? Now, see when we're thinking about whether it's the World Cup or any other sport, any other teams, the best teams always work together, don't they? [11:37] The best teams always work together. You can have an amazing player like Ronaldo, but if the team aren't working all together, and it's all about one man, they don't actually do very well, do they? [11:53] So, Fraser just read from Philippines, chapter 1, and one of the things we read about in that passage is a team. I want to give you three words to remember today, and the first word, boys and girls, is partners. [12:11] Can you say that? Partners. Let me hear you. Partners. Partners. Well done. So, in verse 1, do you remember what Fraser read out? [12:26] He said that there was a letter. Maybe we can get that on the screen again, Stuart, if that's possible. So, in verse 1, who is writing this letter? [12:38] Can you see it? There's two names there. Is that Finley? Yeah. [12:51] Paul and Timothy. And Paul and Timothy, they were a team. They were partners. And yet, they were quite different. [13:04] Paul was quite old. He was 50 to 60 years old. Is that old, boys and girls? 50 to 60 years old? [13:16] Yeah. Too far away to be responsive. She'll be down here. Is that very old, Farraker? You're closest to me. No. I'm not sure about that. [13:29] So, Paul was quite old. 50 to 60 years old. My age. Timothy. How old do you think Timothy was? What do you think? [13:42] Callum. How old do you think Timothy was? Have a guess. Have a guess. What about you, Fraser? [13:55] How old do you think he might have been? Have a guess. 30 to 40. Is that old? Not too old. [14:06] No. You're close. Timothy was probably about 20. 20 to 30. So, Paul, quite old like me. Timothy, quite young like Don McRae. [14:19] That kind of age. So, they were quite different in terms of their age. And they were very different characters in the way that they were. Paul was very strong and he was very confident. [14:31] Paul was the kind of leader who would say, Right, guys. Listen up. This is what we're going to do. Timothy, he wasn't strong like that. [14:41] In fact, Timothy, he was quite weak. He didn't keep very well. And he was very shy. So, they were very different. [14:54] But Paul said, Timothy and me were partners. We're in a team. And Paul and Timothy were writing a letter to a church in a place called Philippi. [15:12] And do you know what Paul calls the Christians in Philippi? Look at verse 6. 5, sorry. What does he call the Christians in Philippi? [15:26] Remember the word we're trying to remember? What's the word we're trying to remember? Partners. So, Paul and Timothy, they said, We're partners. [15:37] And we're writing to Christians in Philippi. And he calls them, in verse 5, Partners in the gospel. Now, boys and girls, I want to just stop for a wee second. [15:51] And I want you to speak to me. And I want you to tell me, What is the gospel? What does gospel mean? Michael? [16:04] Yeah. The actual word itself, gospel, It means, Anyone know what it means exactly? Good news, Says the big child at the back there. So, if the gospel is good news, Who is it good news about? [16:25] What do you think, Miriam? Good news about Jesus. And what's the good news about Jesus? Who is Jesus? Christi. Pardon? [16:40] Who is Jesus? He's God, isn't he? He's God the Son. And what did Jesus do for us? [16:54] Lois. He died for us on the cross. Why? To take our sins away. But before he died on the cross, What did he do for us? [17:04] Because sometimes, We always think about Jesus dying on the cross. And that's amazing news, To take our sin away. But before Jesus died on the cross, What did he do for us? Scott? [17:17] Came into the world. And after he came into the world, What did he do for us? He prayed for us. And as he prayed for us, What else did he do for us? He taught us. [17:30] Yes. What else did he do for us? He lived the perfect, sinless life. For us. [17:43] Put your hand up this morning, If you've managed to get through the whole week, With no sin. Every hand is down. Thankfully. None of us can live an hour. [17:57] Never mind a week. Never mind a lifetime without sin. But Jesus came into this world, To live the perfect, sinless life for us. And he went to the cross, To die, To take our sin away. [18:13] And was that the end of the story? What happened next, Emily? He rose from the dead. And he said, That everyone who believes in him, Will have everlasting life. [18:30] So that's the good news. And Paul and Timothy, And all the Christians at Philippi, They believed the good news, And they became partners. [18:45] They became part of a big team, Where they told everybody else they met, The gospel. They were partners in the gospel. [18:59] It's been good to have Scott, With us over the last couple of years, Isn't it, And Fiona? And do you know what they are? What do you think? [19:11] Michael? Partners in the gospel. And boys and girls, Whether you are young, And quiet, On my left, Or whether you're a bit older, On my right, I hope you, Believe in Jesus. [19:32] Because if we believe in Jesus, We have the promise, That the good news, Is not just good news out there, It's good news for us. [19:45] And I hope, Boys and girls, If you believe, The good news about Jesus, You won't just, Keep it for yourself, But you'll head into school, And you'll head into work, And you'll head back to your homes, And you'll tell everybody else, The good news about Jesus. [20:06] Because if we are Christians, We are all called to be partners, In the gospel. So let's sing now. [20:17] We'll sing the hymn on the screen. What gift of grace is Jesus, My Redeemer? We'll stand to sing in just a moment. What gift of grace is Jesus, My Redeemer? [20:47] There is no more for heaven now to give, He is my joy, My righteousness and freedom, My steadfast love, My deep and boundless peace, To this I hold, My hope is only Jesus, For my life is holy bound to live, O how strange and divine, I can say, All is mine, Yet not I, One to rise in me. [21:32] The night is dark, But I am not forsaken, For by my side, The Savior he will save, I live at all, I live at all, In weakness and rejoicing, For in my need, His power is to sway, To this I hold, My shepherd will defend me, Through the deepness body he will lead, O the night has been long, And I shall overcome, Yet not I, But through Christ in me. [22:22] O fate I dread, I know I am forgiven, The future's sure, The price it has been paid, For Jesus bled, And suffered for my pardon, And he was raised, To overthrow the grave, To this I hold, My sin has been defeated, Jesus now and ever is my weep, O that shames are released, I can say, I will flee, Yet not I, But through Christ in me. [23:12] With every breath, I long to follow Jesus, For he has said, That he will bring me home, And day by day, I know he will renew me, Until I stand, With joy before the throne, To this I hold, My hope is only Jesus, All the glory evermore to him, When the race is complete, Till my lips shall repeat, Yet not I, But through Christ in me. [24:02] When the race is complete, Till my lips shall repeat, Yet not I, But through Christ in me. [24:14] Yet not I, But through Christ in me. So boys and girls, The first word that we remembered, Is the word, Partners. [24:37] And the second word, I want you to remember, Well I'll tell you in just a minute, First of all, We'll have a wee look at a picture, That's going to come up on the screen, Boys and girls, Can you tell me, Who is that? [24:55] I think, I saw, Benjamin's hanging up first, Who's that? Pardon? Ben Ganondoke, Well done, Well remembered, And can you tell me, What's his job? [25:14] What's his job been? What does he do? How do you know him? Do you know him because you met him at the shop? How do you know his name? [25:26] Where did you see him? He's a footballer. And so what's he doing, In that picture? He's praying. That's right. [25:38] He's praying. And we've seen quite a lot of players, Who are praying, In the football matches, Asking God for help, Sometimes saying thank you to God, After they score a goal, And so, Our second word, Our first word was partners, And our second word, Is prayer. [26:00] Paul and Timothy, And the Philippians, Were gospel partners, And when Paul and Timothy, Got together, They wrote a letter, To the church in Philippi, And they say, To the Christians there, We're praying for you, I want you to know, We're praying for you, Now, Boys and girls, Do you know, Do you know, How far away Paul was, From Philippi, When he wrote, That letter, I guess, Where do you think, He might have been, Well that's a difficult question, I'm not even going to bother trying, They're non-responsive, To the enemy, Theologians over on my right, Where was Paul, When he wrote this letter, To Philippi, He was in Rome, How many miles away, Do you think Rome, Is from Philippi, It's about, 800 miles away, What was Paul doing in Rome, [27:04] Was he on a wee holiday, I'll tell you, What he was doing in Rome, Do you know, What he was in Rome, He was in prison, And do you know, Why he was in prison, It was because, He kept on, Telling people, About Jesus, He was so amazed, At everything that Jesus, Had done for him, He kept on telling everybody, About Jesus, And so, The government said, Unless you're quiet, You're getting locked up, Paul said, No chance am I going to be quiet, So off to prison he went, And so Paul, He writes this letter, And he says, In this letter, I thank my God, In all my remembrance of you, Always, In every prayer of mine, For all, Making my prayer, With joy, Because of your partnership, [28:05] In the gospel, From the first day, Until now, So Paul, Is saying, Even though I'm so far away, From you, I'm still remembering you, And I'm still praying for you, And boys and girls, That's one of the, The amazing things, About prayer, We can speak to God, About people, And places, And things that are happening, Even though they might be, Miles and miles, And miles, Away from us, So sometimes, We put on the news, Don't we? [28:46] And we see stories, And they, They make us sad, We see wars, And we see trouble, We see people, Who are really having a hard time, And we think, I wish I could help, But we can't get to them, But what can we do? [29:03] We can pray, And sometimes, We might have, Members of our family, Or our friends, And they go abroad, To a place on holiday, Anna went away, On holiday, She's all the way over in Spain, We can't reach her, And sometimes, I'll tell you a secret, Dads can be worried, About their children, Even when they grow up, But we can pray, And sometimes, Our friends, Our friends might get sick, And they might go to hospital, All the way away in Glasgow, And although we can't see them, And play with them, The way that we, Once they, We can pray for them, And you know, Scott, And Fiona, And Katie, And Lily, And Angus, Soon, [30:04] They're going to be leaving Harris, And they're going, Far, Far, Far, Far, Far away, To a place called Graver, No, Fiona was telling me last night, That she went to a shop, And she had to give her a postcode, And Stornoway, And they said, What's your postcode, She gave her the postcode, For Scalpy, And the shop assistant said, Oh, That's a long, Long way away, She says, Well, Yeah, But we're changing, So that was a new postcode as well, I'll have to give you that one too, So she gave her the postcode, For Graver, And she went, That's even worse, So they're going quite far away, We won't see them as much, But boys and girls, Even though we won't be able to see them as much, What can we do for them? [30:54] Pardon? Pardon? We can pray, Can't we? They're partners in the gospel, Whether they're here, Or in Scalpy, Or in Graver, And we can pray for them, And boys and girls, We can pray anywhere, And we can pray about anything, A really encouraging verse about prayer, Ailey's going to come up and read it for us, Philippians, It's in the same letter at the end, And Paul says this, In Philippians chapter 4, Verse 6, Listen to this, Don't worry about anything, Instead pray about everything, Tell God what you need, And thank him for all he's done, One more time, Ailey, Don't worry about anything, Instead pray about everything, Tell God what you need, And thank him for all he's done, Thank you, Ailey, Ailey, So Paul says, You can't see us, We're not with you right now, [31:55] But we're praying for you, You're our partners, And we are praying for you, And you know, There's some people, In our congregation, And they see us, Every week, And even right now, They're watching us, Through that camera, And they're listening, But you know, We never see them, Some of you boys and girls, Never see them, Because they're a bit older, Their bodies are a bit sore, And it's hard for them to get out, And they used to be busy, Doing all kinds of things, At the front, And at the door, Shaking hands, And everything, But neither, Struggling to do these things, That they used to do, But there's one thing, That they do, And do you know what they do? [32:48] They pray, Some of the most important people, In this congregation, I believe, We very rarely see, But they're doing the most, Important work, They're praying for you, They're praying for me, To be able to stand up, Here and speak, It's super important, To pray, And the God that we pray to, He is strong, And he is kind, And he loves to hear, And answer our prayers, Boys and girls, You're going to come up now please, And you're going to sing, A song called, Jesus strong and kind, Thank you. [34:04] Thank you. [34:34] Thank you. Thank you. [35:34] Thank you. Thank you. [36:34] Thank you. Thank you. [37:34] Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. [37:46] Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. [37:59] Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. [38:10] Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. loves me, the Bible tells me so. [38:28] Jesus loves the hardest girls, with their fringes and their curls, and he loves the hardest boys, even though they make them not like this. Yes, Jesus loves me. [38:52] Yes, Jesus loves me. Yes, Jesus loves me. The Bible tells me so. [39:16] Thank you very much, boys and girls, for that. I'd never heard these last two verses of Jesus loves me. We'll have to get these copyrighted. [39:29] We're going to sing again to God's praise, and we'll sing Mission Praise 746 words on the screen. What a friend we have in Jesus. What a friend we have in Jesus All our sins and faith to bear What a privilege to carry Everything to God in prayer Oh, what peace we often forfeit Oh, what needless pain we bear All our sins and faith to carry Everything to God in prayer [40:34] How we try our sad temptations Is there trouble anywhere We should never be discouraged Take it to the Lord in prayer And we find our friends so faithful Who will all our souls share Jesus loves our every weakness Take it to the Lord in prayer Take it to the Lord in prayer Come, work with a load of care Precious saviour, still our refuge Take it to the Lord in prayer [41:37] Do thy plans, his plans for safety Take him to the Lord in prayer In his arms he'll take and shield thee God will find us all as there Boys and girls, you've been listening very well Two more minutes of listening And I've got one more picture Do you remember our words? [42:15] First word was partners in the gospel Partners The second word was what? Prayer, Paul He is praying And the third word I'll tell you in a second But first of all, tell me Which team is this? [42:39] Fraser, you tell me please It's Scotland, isn't it? And Scotland are in the World Cup Which is amazing It's amazing They qualified for the World Cup But do you think, boys and girls We will be able to Well, I'll tell you the word The third word, the last word Is persevere Partners, prayer, persevere Do you think Scotland will be able to persevere All the way through to the final And then win it? [43:16] What do you think? There's one little voice said yes That would be nice Wouldn't it? [43:27] I'm not 100% sure That we'll get right to the final And win the World Cup Sometimes it's hard to persevere Sometimes it's hard to keep on going Next weekend It's the Harris Half Marathon If you go to the start line out at Barb You'll see all these runners jumping about Feeling energetic You go to the mile 8 When they're climbing up past Luskin Tower They don't look so energetic anymore It's hard to keep on going And sometimes it can be hard To keep on following Jesus And Paul and Timothy knew that Paul writes in one verse About all the really difficult things That happened to him Because he kept on following Jesus He was sometimes beaten up He was almost killed He was thrown in prison So it was hard To keep on [44:28] Following Jesus And the church that Paul was writing to in Philippi They were struggling a bit Paul started the church off And he was with them But now Paul was miles away And they were on their own And these baby Christians Were saying to each other Do you think we'll be able to keep on going? [44:53] Do you think we'll be able to persevere? And Paul says Yes you will You will be able to persevere I'm sure of it How could he be so sure? [45:06] Was it because they were so strong? No they weren't very strong The reason that they could keep on going Was because Jesus Is strong And Jesus Is kind And Jesus Loves us And he's the one who helps us To keep on going To keep on persevering And so Paul writes to the church And he says I'm sure of this That the one who began a good work in you Will bring it to completion On the day Of Christ Jesus Let's look at Scott again For a minute will we? [45:51] Even though Scott Is so smiley And so calm And relaxed But I tell you a secret boys and girls He's probably feeling Quite worried about being a minister He's now a minister He's now the reverend Scott McLaren But he's probably worried About being a minister And all ministers sometimes think Will I be able to keep on going? [46:22] Will I be able to keep on keeping on? And the answer is Yes As long as we keep Asking God To help us And keep Asking Jesus To give us strength To keep on going And so God spoke through Paul To this church in Philippi And he said I'm sure That the work That has begun In you Will carry on Until the day Of Jesus That was God's promise To them That's God's promise To Scott And Fiona And Graver If the call All goes through In the next few weeks And that's God's promise To all Who follow him If we stay close to Jesus He will give us the strength [47:25] To persevere To keep on Keeping on Following him And serving him So partners in the gospel Paul and Timothy They said We're praying for you in Philippi And we know that God Will help you persevere To the end So let's pray for a moment Lord God We thank you That you love us And we thank you For that promise That when you work in us Even though we Sometimes get things wrong And we We start to drift away from you Sometimes we try and do things In our own strength And we make a right mess of things But we thank you That if we Trust in Jesus If we stay close to Jesus If we keep Asking you for strength You will give us that strength To keep on Keeping on And even when Sometimes we fall And we stop for a while We thank you [48:25] That when we come back to you You pick us back up And you give us the strength To keep on going So whether we are Very young Or whether we're a bit older Help us we pray To trust you And to get strength From you day by day Next one on my list Is Brendan Brendan Here we go Here we go Next one you have here Is Angus Your own Angus And then we have Julia Julia She has the back Thank you [49:36] Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you okay we now move on primarily the younger younger class early primary and the first one we've got Lily next one's Anna next one's Isabel Kate Isabel Kate coming up? it's okay Mariana next one's Mariana Mariana coming up? You can come up here, Scott. All right. You can pray for the children. Yeah. So we'll say a prayer for all the young ones. Thank you. [56:14] Father in heaven, we thank you for your goodness to us each and every day. And as we were thinking there with David, and as David was speaking to us about Paul's letter, we remember the partnership, that we think ourselves, it tells us that we're not alone. [56:34] We have one another, and that we can speak to one another. We think about prayer, and we know that we can come to God in prayer. Again, we're not alone. [56:45] And David also taught about persevering. And we go on. There are some days that we feel like we can't go on. [56:57] Some days are hard days. But we know that we come to you in prayer. We can have others around us that are partners that help us. [57:09] But ultimately, you give us the strength for each and every day. So we pray for all the days ahead of us, whatever age we are, whether we're in creche, whether we're leaving Sunday school, there's big changes in our lives, that each and every day, we would remember Jesus Christ, that we would trust in him to be our strength, that we would be reading our Bibles and praying, and that we would grow in our knowledge of who you are, and that we would learn each and every day to trust you, that you have saved us from our sins, and that you are our great hope in our lives. [57:55] So be with us in our homes and in our families. As we grow up, as we leave home, and as we move to different places, be with us, be with us, watch over us, be our good shepherd, and our everlasting father. [58:11] In Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Thank you. Thank you, Scott. [58:25] Thank you, boys and girls. We've got a couple more gifts to give, and the first is for Fiona. [58:40] So Fiona, could you come to the front, please, and receive a gift and then make a long speech? I'm just joking at this speech. [58:56] You're okay. Thank you, Fiona, for all that you've done. And Lily has a gift for Lily and Katie and Angus. [59:09] So if you guys could come up as well, please. And Angus. A wee gift. [59:22] Thank you guys for being with us over the last couple of years. Has Angus taken off yet? Is he walking on his own? Not quite. Not quite, almost. He's not going to be a walker. [59:34] He's going to be a driver. Oh, God. And last but not least, Scott, can you come back, please? [59:51] Everyone who's leaving gets a Bible. And we noticed that you didn't have a Bible over the last couple of years. We didn't. So there's a gift from the congregation. [60:04] You have many Bibles. You have many Bibles, but it's a Bible that you can use and remember at your time in Harris once you head from here. So I want to pray for you briefly just before you go back down. [60:17] Heavenly Father, again, we thank you for Scott and for Fiona and for Katie and for Lily and for Angus. We thank you that they have been indeed partners in the gospel. [60:27] And we ask that as they prepare to leave Harris, that you would bless them, that you would go with them, go before them, and that they would know your presence, your peace, and that they would know your help as they seek to make Jesus known in the place that you are guiding them to. [60:45] So bless them, we pray, as they have been a blessing here. And we ask all this in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Thanks, Scott. Thank you. I'm crying like Andy. Don't start crying. [61:00] You'll only set me and Duncan off. We will sing to conclude Scott's favourite psalm. Psalm 100, and we'll stand to sing. [61:11] All people that on earth do dwell, sing to the Lord with cheerful voice and serve with mirth as praise forth tell. Come ye before him and rejoice. Let's stand to sing. [61:23] All people that on earth do dwell, sing to the Lord with cheerful voice. [61:46] Him said when birth is great for them. Come ye before him and rejoice. [62:04] Know that the Lord is God indeed, without our aid he did us make. [62:25] We are his block he doth us feed, and for his sheep he doth us take. [62:44] O enter then his gates with praise, and roach with joy his courts unto. [63:01] Praise God and bless his name always, for it is simply so to do. [63:20] For why the Lord our God is good, his mercy is forever sure. [63:39] His truth at all times perfectly smooth, and shall from age to age endure. [64:00] Now that I'm a rev, I can't come fully pray the benediction. And now may the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us all now and forever. Amen. [64:21] Amen.
